1. General Provisions & Definitions

499dt is an online betting and casino platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The "Terms & Conditions" described in this document (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the 499dt website, related services, and any benefits provided through any digital channel.

By registering on this platform or beginning to use it in any way, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated here. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

Definitions

"Platform" — The 499dt website and all services associated with it.
"User" or "Player" — Any person who operates a registered account on the platform.
"Account" — The individual digital profile created for each user.
"Bet" — A wager or stake placed to participate in any game or event.
"Balance" — The amount of funds held in a user's account.
"Bonus" — Any additional incentive or reward granted by the platform.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use services on 499dt.

The following conditions must be met to be eligible to register on the platform:

You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
You must provide genuine and accurate personal information — providing false information may result in account cancellation.
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be suspended.
You must not register from any region or country where online betting is legally prohibited.
The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be personally owned by that individual only.

As part of the identity verification process, 499dt may request necessary documents (national ID card, passport, etc.) at any time. Failure to provide documents may result in withdrawal privileges being suspended.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.
Use a strong and unique password — one made up of a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately at [email protected].
After logging in from a shared device or public network, make sure to log out of your session.

Full responsibility for any activity carried out from your account rests with you, unless you notify us of an account compromise in a timely manner. Transferring, selling, or giving your account to someone else to operate is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

The following methods are accepted for depositing money on 499dt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits through any other method are not accepted.

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (three hundred taka) — for each method.
When depositing, you must use a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
In the case of failed or incomplete transactions, refunds will generally be made to the original payment method.

Withdrawal Terms

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred taka).
Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be held until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
Withdrawal requests cannot be processed if identity verification has not been completed.
499dt reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawal request for additional verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

499dt offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus offer has its own terms, but the following general rules always apply:

Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500.
Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳37,000.
Bonus wagering requirement: you must place bets 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = after placing ৳30,000 in bets, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

General Bonus Policy

Bonuses are for personal use only — using bonuses by opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering conditions have been met.
If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, 499dt reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend the account.
Each bonus offer has a set expiry date; unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once the expiry date has passed.
499dt reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer or withdraw a bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting services offered on 499dt are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The following provisions apply to all players:

A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error on the platform's part is confirmed.
If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue or disconnection, the amount of that bet will be returned to the balance.
For cricket, football, and other sports betting, the relevant international rules of the sport are followed.
If any event or game is cancelled, the amount of the related bet will be returned to the balance.
499dt's games are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of results.
Winnings earned based on incorrect odds or payouts announced due to an obvious technical error may not be honoured.

7. Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Opening or operating multiple accounts.
Creating accounts for the purpose of dishonestly claiming bonus benefits.
Completing registration with false or fraudulent information.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
Attempting unauthorised access to or modification of the platform's software, data, or servers.
Using automated tools, bots, or scripts for betting or gaming.
Harassing or attempting to defraud other players or platform staff.
Completing transactions using a third-party payment account.
Assisting a minor (a person under 21 years of age) in opening or using an account on the platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

499dt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

If any clause of these Terms is violated.
If evidence of fraud, deception, or suspicious activity is found.
If documents requested for identity verification are not received within the specified time.
At the direction of a regulatory authority or due to a legal obligation.
At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If you wish to close your account for a normal reason, please contact the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, provided it is not being closed due to a breach of the Terms. The balance of an account closed due to fraud or misuse may be forfeited.

9. Personal Information & Privacy

499dt gives the highest priority to the protection of your personal information. Information provided at the time of registration is used solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Your information is kept secure through SSL encryption technology.
Your personal information will not be sold or disclosed to any third party except where required by law.
Payment transaction information may be shared with the relevant payment provider solely for the purpose of processing.
Cookie and browsing data are used to improve the platform experience.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

499dt makes every effort to ensure fair play and transparent service. However, the platform will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

If a game or betting session is disrupted due to an internet disconnection or an issue with the user's own device.
In the case of delays or failures arising from third-party services (payment gateways, game providers, etc.).
For losses arising from the user's carelessness or intentional disclosure of account information.
For temporary service interruptions caused by unexpected technical failures or cyber attacks.
If the service is disrupted due to reasons beyond the platform's control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

In any situation, 499dt's maximum liability shall be limited to an amount equal to the value of the relevant transaction.

12. Terms and Conditions Changes

499dt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in an appropriate manner before any changes take effect.

For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform.
If you continue to use the platform after the updated terms and conditions take effect, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms.
If you disagree with any changes, stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
